Host Agreement – ZamStay Zambia

By listing your property on ZamStay you agree to the following:

1.Accuracy – Listings must reflect the true condition, amenities, and address of the property.

2.Availability – You will honour confirmed bookings and hand over the key (digital or physical) as promised.

3.Payouts – Mobile money and card payouts are settled to your registered account within 24–72 hours of check-in.

4.Guest Safety – You are responsible for ensuring the property meets basic safety and hygiene standards.

5.Cancellations – Repeated host-side cancellations may lead to suspension.

6.Compliance – You agree to comply with all Zambian short-stay accommodation laws (ZRA, ZTA registrations where applicable).
